Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic and results-oriented Managing Director (Europ e) to lead Xnurta's growth and operations across Europe . As the senior-most leader for the region, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, client success, and cross-functional execution to expand Xnurta’s market presence and deliver outstanding results for clients and partners.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You will oversee client, sales, and partnership initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and close collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Xnurta's Europe an growth strategy aligned with glo bal object ives , ensuring sustainable growth and scalability.
Client, Sales, and Partnerships: O versee regional client, sales, and partnership teams to ensure exceptional performance and strengthen Xnurta’s presence across Europe.
Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction across all functions.
Team Management: Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing Europe an team; foster a collaborative and engaged culture.
Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, finance and customer success to streamline workflows and ensure seamless delivery.
Performance & Metrics: Establish KPIs, monitor business performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with European regulations, data privacy standards, and internal governance policies.
Market Insights: Analyse market trends and data to inform decision-making and anticipate business needs.
Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital marketing sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Proven success leading regional or multi-market teams and driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment.
- Experience managing P&L, scaling teams, and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools; data-driven mindset.
