This graduate teaching assistant position will involve supporting pupils in the classroom, the school is keen to hear from graduate teaching assistant's who may be looking at a career in teaching in the future. Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group. Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed. Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
