Senior Regional Recruitment Manager – Education (Teacher Supply) – London
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 base + bonuses (OTE £130k+ in year one, although £150,000 would be achieveable)
Location: London (Regional/Area role)
A key appointment for an established recruitment agency specialising in education, with branches across the UK and overseas.
This is a senior leadership role offering autonomy, support, and the opportunity to shape teacher supply divisions across Primary,
Secondary and SEND. You’ll work with strong existing school and MAT partnerships while driving growth and helping to address the
national teacher shortage.
Role Overview
- Strategic leadership role reporting to the Regional Director.
- Lead a £2.2m region with ambitious growth targets.
- Manage approx. 16 staff (including 2 Resourcers) across education recruitment divisions.
- Directly manage Team Leaders for Primary, Secondary and SEND as verticals are developed.
- Support Senior Consultants and Level 3 Managers already in post.
- Work with schools and MATs via long-standing PSL agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop a region across teacher supply divisions.
- Drive performance, retention, and progression across all consultant levels.
- Mentor Team Leaders to build strong vertical markets in Primary, Secondary and SEND.
- Expand leadership capacity by hiring 3 additional Team Leaders.
- Grow regional headcount to c.35 consultants and resourcers.
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and delivery standards are consistently met.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in education recruitment (teacher supply) at Regional/Area/Senior Manager level.
- Track record of growing teams and managing large budgets in the schools sector.
- Experience leading billing managers, senior consultants, and support staff across Primary, Secondary and SEND.
- Commercially confident managing multi-million-pound revenues.
- Skilled at driving performance, mentoring leaders, and delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with resourcers, compliance, HR, marketing, sales managers, regional managers, the MD, and CEO.
- Understands the value of non-billing managers in scaling and developing high-performing teams.
