  • Contribute to service development and cross-selling of Hollis offerings (e.g. BREEAM, EPC, battery storage, fire safety)
  • Support business development and tendering activities.
  • Maintain project timelines using MS Project and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with other service leads to identify growth opportunities and respond to regulatory changes.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in solar PV or related project management
  • Chartered status or equivalent (e.g. MRICS, NICEIC, SolarEdge certified).
  • Proven leadership in delivering commercial-scale solar PV projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, PV modules, inverters, and surge protection.
  • Familiarity with RECC, ECA, Safe Contractor, and ESG frameworks.

  • Ability to travel to project sites across the UK.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in ESG reporting and carbon savings analysis.
  • Knowledge of structural assessments and DNO coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital metering and solar reception systems.
  • Ability to contribute to internal training and competency development using frameworks like APM
