A highly regarded primary school in Merton is seeking a Senior School Administrator to join its office team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to take on a varied role within a supportive and welcoming school environment.

This larger-than-average primary school educates approximately 700 pupils aged 3–11 across two forms of entry. The school has a strong reputation within the local community and benefits from excellent parental engagement and a stable leadership team.

The Role
Supporting the day-to-day running of the school office
Managing attendance and pupil records
Coordinating communications with parents and visitors
Assisting with admissions administration
Supporting senior leaders with operational tasks
Maintaining school management information systems
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous school administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
Strong IT proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The legal right to work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits
£31,000 – £36,000 per annum
Permanent contract
Part-time
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm
ASAP start
Term-time plus 2 weeks
