Residential Property Solicitor
Role Responsibilities
- Handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Managing lease extensions
- Running files independently with minimal supervision
- Providing leadership and support where required
- Working effectively under pressure in a busy office environment
- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge in residential property
- 4+ years PQE in Residential Property
- Commercial property experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience with LEAP (beneficial)
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Proven record of meeting fee targets and contributing to business development
- Willingness to engage in networking activities
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and referrers
- Proactive, enthusiastic team player with ambition to progress
- Excellent administration and organisational abilities
