EMEA Payroll Specialist
We are recruiting for a global financial services organisation with a strong people-first culture, looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to support monthly payroll processing across multiple European countries.
What you’ll do:
Process and review monthly UK and EMEA payrolls end-to-end
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries across the region
Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers
Support reconciliations, year-end activity, and payroll projects
What we’re looking for:
Strong UK payroll experience (input to reconciliation)
Experience supporting EMEA payrolls
Advanced Excel skills
Confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience with global payroll systems (e.g. ADP, CloudPay, Celergo), pensions, or ServiceNow.
