Senior Project Manager

A forward-thinking project and cost consultancy based near Covent Gardens, are searching for a motivated and competent Senior Project Manager that has strong exposure to delivering schemes from Inception-Completion in the Healthcare sector.

The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a well-established consultancy that have 7+ offices in the UK and have built a strong reputation for delivering projects in the Healthcare sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be running the delivery of the healthcare schemes which include new build, refurbishment and fit outs and contract values range up to £75m. The Senior Project Manager will require strong experience utilising the NEC4 Contract and carrying out Contract Administration duties.

The Senior Project Manager role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish whilst managing a team consisting of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. The Senior Project Manager will be working alongside another Senior Project Manager, an Associate Director and the Project Director and reporting to them on a weekly basis with project updates.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress to the Associate Director / Project Director with updates on projects
Working alongside the Cost Consultants and reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Attend meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements:

Experience working for a Consultancy
Knowledge of delivering schemes in the Healthcare sector
MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
BSc/MSc Project Management
Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
NEC4 Contract and Contract Administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:
