It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s operations during the night, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This role requires an inspiring leader who can effectively support a team of night receptionists while fostering a positive and engaged night culture. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication across all departments, handling guest requests with efficiency, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and associates.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the running of the entire front of house operations during the night, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining seamless operations.
• Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of associates, fostering a positive and motivated working environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments providing guests with a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
• Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Oversee the well-being of guests and associates throughout the night, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience by upholding hotel procedures and standards.
