About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer with an electrical bias to join our mobile team, working on our Aviva contract across the M25 region . This role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance , ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
• Deliver PPM and reactive works in line with legislation and contract standards.
• Use CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates and reporting.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and Wates policies.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently.

About You

• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is essential.
• Strong electrical background with experience in building services or FM.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
