At LSC, we’re looking for enthusiastic and engaging Music Teachers to deliver exciting music lessons in primary schools across London . If you’re someone who can make learning Music fun, interactive and memorable, we’d love to hear from you!

Music Teacher (Cover)

Location : Multiple locations across London

Salary : £140–£160 per day

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (availability discussed at interview)

The Role:

As one of our Cover Music Teachers, you’ll deliver engaging and interactive Music lessons to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils across a variety of welcoming primary schools.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver fun, creative Music lessons that capture pupils’ imaginations.

  • Build pupils’ confidence in performing, creating and appreciating Music.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.

  • Adapt your teaching style to suit different schools and learners.

  • Work alongside supportive school staff and the wider LSC team.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and a passion for music.

Essential

  • Degree in Music or a related subject.

  • At least 2 years’ experience teaching music within UK primary schools.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young learners.

Desirable

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
