The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are now seeking a passionate and ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our opening culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside world-class chefs and contribute to the creation of desserts that delight, surprise, and set a new benchmark for pastry in London.

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will:

• Support the Pastry Chefs in preparing and presenting desserts to the highest standards.

• Execute recipes with precision while also contributing creativity and flair.

• Uphold impeccable standards of mise en place, cleanliness, and organisation.

• Assist in training and mentoring commis chefs within the pastry section.

• Collaborate across the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times.

About You

• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment, ideally within pastry.

• A genuine passion for pastry and an eagerness to learn and grow.

• Strong technical skills, with a focus on detail, flavour, and presentation.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency.

• A team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
