Our London-based client is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistants with full-time availability of five full working days per week to join their expanding team. Full client training is provided so you fully understand who you are representing, the business structure, and how to make the most of the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend initial office-based training and ongoing skill development sessions to improve sales performance and customer experience
- Learn detailed information about the client, their products, and services, to confidently and accurately engage with customers
- Work within face-to-face event campaigns, speaking with members of the public to represent the brand, increase brand awareness, and generate sales on behalf of the client
- Provide feedback on locations, performance data, and sales statistics to support business improvement
Requirements:
- Full-time availability: Must be able to work five full working days per week ; this role is not suitable for students or international students
- No experience required: Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to complete training and development sessions to build skills quickly
- Commitment: Must be willing and able to commute daily to the London-based office
- Communication Skills: Confident English speaking skills and comfort engaging with a wide range of people
