Strategic Program Manager for Business Transformation Management - EMEA Customer Success

SAP
Middlesex

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a regional business is run, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and aspires to grow into a future business, operations, or leadership role.

What You'll Do

As a Program Manager supporting the Regional Head of Customer Success, you will help drive key operational initiatives that improve business performance, team effectiveness, and customer outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and coordinate regional programs focused on customer retention, growth, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear milestones, progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze business performance trends and help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Own and manage communications to the regional teams on behalf of the senior leadership
  • Prepare presentations, business updates, and recommendations to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
  • Become knowledgeable in Customer Success operations, including renewals, forecasting, and key business metrics.
  • Follow up on critical actions and initiatives to ensure momentum, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Operations to help drive regional priorities.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with AI tools, automation, or coding is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on delivering results rather than simply completing tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Previous experience in consulting, business operations, project management, or a fast-paced business environment is advantageous.

Who You Are

You are ambitious, curious, and eager to make an impact. You enjoy solving problems, bringing structure to complex situations, and turning ideas into action. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and are motivated by delivering measurable results. Most importantly, you are looking for an opportunity to learn quickly, work closely with senior leadership, and accelerate your professional growth.

Contract duration : 6 months, intention to extend
