We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now in the market to secure a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of their paid acquisition strategy.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a senior-level media buyer to join a high-growth DTC subscription brand, own a significant monthly budget, and play a pivotal role in scaling performance globally.

Role Overview
As Paid Media Manager, you will fully own execution, but collaborate with the senior strategist and head of growth on paid acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on paid social.
Currently working with freelance support, the business is now ready for a dedicated, senior-level media buyer who can take the reins, operate autonomously, and push performance forward with a more experimental, progressive mindset.
Reporting into Head of Growth, you will own Media Buying end-to-end - account structure, execution, testing, optimisation, reporting and scaling.
This is not a “set and maintain” role. We are looking for someone commercially sharp, creatively aligned, and excited to test, iterate and unlock new growth levers.
Main Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition Strategy
Own the full paid media strategy across paid social (Meta, TikTok and emerging channels)
Manage and scale a monthly budget targeting £300k+
Develop structured testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages
Identify new channel opportunities and diversification strategies
Media Buying & Optimisation
Execute, monitor and optimise campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS and LTV targets
Confidently manage scaling strategies while maintaining efficiency
Ability to own and maintain tracking infrastructure end-to-end including pixel setup, customer conversions and GA4 not just interpret reports
Proactively spot performance trends and act decisively
Drive a culture of testing and iteration across the account
Collaboration & Reporting
Align with creative and retention teams to ensure full-funnel cohesion
Produce clear, commercial reporting with actionable insights
Take full ownership of paid performance without requiring constant oversight
Work closely with the creative team to feed back insights that improve ad performance

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience with health and wellness brands (Knowledge of ASA compliance for health claims)
Paid social/media buying (DTC preferred)
Experience managing £100k+ monthly budgets (ideally scaling toward £300k+)
Strong Meta Ads expertise (TikTok a plus)
Agency background highly desirable
Proven track record of scaling performance accounts profitably
Deep understanding of attribution, tracking and performance metrics
Experience with creative analytic platforms such as Motion
Strong grasp of subscription unit economics including LTV, retention curves and payback period with ability to optimise beyond first purchase CPA

Quarterly performance-based bonus
Fully remote role (UK-based) with paid travel to London for shoots/events
