We're seeking someone to join as an associate in Treasury to support the management of the Firm's European legal entities' from a liquidity perspective.
This is an associate level position within our Corporate Treasury Job Family which is responsible for planning, managing, forecasting and optimizing liquidity and funding resources; governance oversight of Treasury setting frameworks, policies and guidelines for appropriate management of these resources; managing regulatory deliverables and exams;
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
- Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- Prepare and review Treasury materials for key governance and regulatory forums
- Analyse and communicate liquidity requirements and risk drivers from transactions, new products, and across businesses. Internal and regulatory metrics include the Internal Liquidity Stress Test (ILST), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)
- Support EMEA regulatory requests from the PRA, ECB and other regional regulators including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings
- Analyse data and transactions and create / refine internal liquidity stress testing models (ILST)
- Involvement in the drafting and development of Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) submissions for the regulators
- Support/execute ad hoc requests/inquiries to senior management and aid in decision making process
- Research, analyse and recommend solutions around data issues and perform necessary steps to resolve
- Build close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations and Technology
What you'll bring:
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally
- Proficient analytical capabilities, including ability to summarise complex business problems, detailed analysis and solutions with clarity
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
