HR Administrator – Support Staff Recruitment and Statutory Compliance – Ealing
A well-organized academy in Ealing is seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support for staff recruitment and statutory compliance from January 2026.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a school or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, DBS checks).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and employment legislation.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related staff queries and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on recruitment strategy.
