A welcoming Primary School in the London Borough of Hounslow is looking to appoint an experienced and highly organised School Administrator to join its friendly office team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and takes pride in providing a professional and efficient service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Working alongside the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will support the daily operation of the school office, ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately while acting as a welcoming first point of contact for the school community.

Administration Team
The Administration Team provides professional support across all areas of school life, ensuring the office runs efficiently every day.
Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and parents.
Managing telephone and email enquiries.
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Supporting admissions administration.
Preparing school correspondence and reports.
Managing meeting schedules and room bookings.
Processing incoming and outgoing post.
Ordering office supplies.
Supporting attendance administration.
Updating the school's Management Information System.
Assisting with school events and parent evenings.
Maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR.
Supporting senior leaders with administrative tasks.
Assisting with finance administration where required.
Providing general office support across the school.
Requirements
Previous administration experience.
School administration experience is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems is advantageous.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise a varied workload.
Professional and approachable manner.
Commitment to safeguarding.
