We're working with a leading professional services firm who are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical support with client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
As the IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless IT experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the firm
Setting up and maintaining conference rooms
Managing audio/visual equipment to ensure meetings and events run smoothly
Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients
