Town Planning Opportunities – London
£30,000 to £65,000 | Private Sector Consultancy Appointments
We are currently working in partnership with several respected planning consultancies across London, all of whom are looking to strengthen their teams with high-calibre planning professionals at a range of levels.
These firms offer diverse and stimulating work environments, delivering high-profile projects across a variety of sectors. Each organisation provides clear progression routes, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative approach to planning consultancy.
Current opportunities include:
- Associate / Associate Director
- Principal Planner
- Senior Planner
- Planner
Key areas of project work:
- Energy and infrastructure
- Urban regeneration and mixed-use schemes
- Green infrastructure and sustainable design
- Residential and commercial development
- Strategic land promotion
- For some roles, experience in DCO and NSIP projects would be particularly beneficial
Whether your expertise lies in technical project delivery or business development and client management, there are roles suited to a range of strengths and career aspirations.
Successful candidates will bring:
- MRTPI accreditation or evidence of progress toward chartership
- A background in planning, gained in either the private or public sector
- The ability to manage planning applications, appeals, and client relationships effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
