Project Manager (Returns) - 9 month FTC

Job Description
As a Project Manager – Returns, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives within the returns function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The Details
- Coordinate and manage returns-related projects across multiple teams and regions
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing return rates
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service levels are met
- Assist in analysing returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the Returns Transformation Project through planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Work with Finance, Global Trade, Buying & Merchandising, Warehousing, IT, and Customer Care to ensure alignment
- Contribute to the development of operational processes and documentation
- Maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal teams
Qualifications
About You
- Experience in project management within e-commerce or retail environments
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with returns processes and customer experience considerations
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
