Your Role:

- Manage your own diary with the flexibility of a field-based position in the South East.

- Make sales calls, schedule client visits, and build a robust network of contacts.

- Maintain strong customer relationships, develop business plans, and collaborate with branches to drive sales strategically.

• You MUST possess HVAC and industry experience and knowledge

• You'll be a self-assured and well organised person with great communication skills to maximise our selling opportunities.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key.

• To have worked within a sales or field environment before.

• As a senior role model for the Sales culture within the business, you will help build the sales environment within the branch network.
