Picker and Packer

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for Pickers and Packers for our client based near Kingston Surrey

As a Picker Packer you will be working as part of the Fulfilment team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our clients customers and stores in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance benchmarks, guaranteeing that our deliveries are prepared efficiently and ready for distribution.

As a Picker Packer your workig hours and days are:

• Sunday- Thursday
• 21:45pm -06:45 am (night shift)

The rate of pay as a Picker Packer is £14.10 per hour

The duties and responsibilities as a Picker Packer are:

• Pick and pack and organise within the warehouse bays to facilitate efficient delivery processes
• Ensure that customer orders are packed with precision, adhering to the company’s quality control standards
• Utilise Android/ Windows scanning technology to pick stock for store and customer deliveries
• Safeguard the integrity of fragile items by wrapping and packaging to ensure safe transit
• Document all stock accurately, maintaining thorough records of outgoing products
• Maintain a clean and hazard- free environment in the picking aisles while fulfilling orders
• Promptly report any breakages or discrepancies
• Uphold a safe and tidy working environment at all times

The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and positive attitude
• Realiable and hardworking
• Good time keeping
• Previous Nightshift experience essential
