Primary School Teacher – Guaranteed Work Available Location: Croydon & Surrounding Areas Pay: £170 – £250 per day PAYE Roles: Daily Supply, Guaranteed Work, Long-Term & Permanent Qualified Primary Teachers – Croydon Are you a qualified Primary School Teacher looking for something new? We work with a number of primary schools across Croydon and surrounding areas and we're looking to speak with qualified teachers interested in anything from flexible supply through to full-time, long-term positions. We're happy to work around what you're actually looking for. Whether that's five days a week, two or three days around other commitments, regular work in the same few schools or your next long-term role, we can have a conversation and go from there. Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS) One option we can offer suitable teachers is Teaching Personnel's Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS). If you like the idea of supply but are worried about not knowing how much work you'll get each week, GWS can give you that extra bit of security. You agree the days you're available to work and, subject to the terms of the scheme, Teaching Personnel guarantees you work for those agreed days. It gives you the flexibility of supply teaching without quite as much of the uncertainty that can sometimes come with it. We're more than happy to talk you through how GWS works when we speak. Who are we looking for? We're keen to speak with teachers who: Hold UK QTS Have experience teaching within a primary school Are confident working within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff Have good classroom and behaviour management Are reliable, adaptable and happy to get involved Genuinely enjoy working with children We're equally happy to speak with experienced teachers, ECTs or teachers looking to return to the classroom after some time away. A lot of the teachers we work with build relationships with a small number of local schools and return to them regularly. Equally, some teachers prefer the variety of working somewhere different. The important thing for us is understanding what you want from your next role and trying to find work that matches that.
