Experienced Lead Dental Nurse - Cricklewood - Full-time

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our Cricklewood practice to support our our growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous head nurse or clinical manager experience and who combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and / or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.

What Your Day Will Look Like
You will:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians
• Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.
• Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.

Essential

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience
• Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.
• Experienced in Implant dentistry
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
• Needs to be able to work 5 days per week inclusive of alternate Saturdays.

Desirable

• IV Sedation nursing qualification or experience.
• Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.
• > 10 years experienced
• Experience as a lead or head nurse
• Experience in Management or previous role as Clinical Manager
