Help Keep School Data Accurate and Useful
A high-performing primary school in Ealing is looking for a reliable and analytical Data Officer to join its administration team.
You'll have an important role in making sure pupil information is accurate, assessment data is properly recorded and teachers and senior leaders have the information they need.
What You'll Handle
Pupil data and MIS management
Assessment and progress tracking
Reports for senior leaders and teaching staff
Census and statutory data
Data checking and quality assurance
Excel spreadsheets and analysis
Supporting teachers with data queries
GDPR and confidential information
The Person
You should have previous school data or MIS experience and be comfortable working with detailed information.
Excellent Excel skills are important, along with the ability to manage deadlines and spot inaccuracies quickly.
Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another primary school MIS would be advantageous.
The school is looking for someone who is dependable, organised and able to take ownership of their workload.
