Graduate Teaching Assistant: Your Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 1-1 and small group support sessions across your subject area
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Help prepare resources, plan interventions, and track student progress
- Build positive relationships with students, supporting both academic and personal growth
- Gain first-hand insight into lesson planning, behaviour management and differentiated teaching

In order to succeed in this role, you must have:
- 2:1 or 1 st degree in any subject (STEM, English, Humanities, Social Sciences or related field)
- Strong academic background throughout GCSE’s and A-Levels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
