Description
- Manage and oversee payroll systems to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies and regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to address payroll-related queries.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on payroll system issues.
- Prepare and present payroll reports for management review.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
- Support system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll Systems Lead should have:
- Proven experience in payroll systems (Oracle Fusion) within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting & finance principles.
- Technical expertise in payroll software and systems.
- Ability to analyse and improve payroll processes effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of 600 - 650.
- 3 days on site per week
