The Opportunity
Please note: We offer Day and Night Shifts
As the Shift Manager at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities
Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance
Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved
Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality
Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site
Who Will Thrive in this role?
Previous experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment
A proactive leader with strong communication and team-building skills
Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
Comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements
A hands-on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
