Commercial Property Solicitor 3-4 + Year PQE
The RoleYou will manage your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on a variety of commercial property matters. The role offers high-quality work and strong career progression prospects.Key responsibilities include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and associated agreements.
- Advising on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
- Development and investment transactions.
- Secured lending and refinancing matters.
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Exposure to healthcare property matters, including work for GP practices, dental surgeries, pharmacies, medical centres, and other healthcare providers.
