HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people–related transformation and change initiatives.
• Support organisational design reviews, restructures and operating model changes.
• Develop workforce plans and identify future capability requirements.
• Lead and support consultation processes, redeployment activities and organisational change programmes.
• Assess change readiness and help drive successful adoption across teams.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters linked to transformation activity.
• Use workforce analytics and people insights to support decision–making and business planning.
• Coach and influence leaders through periods of significant change.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and wider People teams to deliver strategic objectives.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who combines strong strategic capability with a hands–on approach.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Proven experience supporting restructures, reorganisations and workforce transitions.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and consultation processes.
• Expertise in organisation design and workforce planning.
• Experience working with senior leaders in complex matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to shape recommendations.
