The Sales & Events Co-Ordinator role
Experience in a sales, events, membership role within hospitality, clubs or a customer-facing environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
A personable, professional and proactive ambassador for Quo Vadis, comfortable engaging with members and guests and representing the club’s standards and values at all times.
This role supports the Sales & Events team, with a strong focus on membership administration, membership growth and member experience, alongside hands-on support for private events and group bookings.
Demonstrated experience handling membership enquiries, processing applications, managing committee referrals and maintaining an accurate and well-managed membership database.
Confident supporting the Head of Sales with membership initiatives, including evolving member benefits, member events, retention activity and annual rate increases.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing membership accounting, tracking performance and completing competitor analysis to support commercial decision-making.
Comfortable preparing event documentation including menus, deposits and reservations using SevenRooms, and monitoring enquiries across email, phone and online channels.
Experienced supporting senior sales managers with event planning and delivery, including attending weekly event briefings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
Confident conducting venue show rounds and acting as a welcoming point of contact for prospective members, clients and guests.
Collaborative and reliable, working closely with sales and operational teams to ensure smooth event delivery and a positive membership experience.
Happy to maintain a visible presence within the club, building professional relationships with current and prospective members as part of the role.
Availability to support large evening events when required as part of the role.
