OverviewWe are seeking a Client Technology Consultant to join our UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a delivery-focused professional with experience in SaaS implementation and client consulting to play a key role in onboarding and managing Gallagher Guide Benefits , Gallagher’s proprietary benefits administration platform.
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll lead client onboarding and configuration projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our technology solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectiv es.
How you'll make an impact- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and configuration projects.
- Translate client requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Configuration, QA, and Service Delivery teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle and beyond.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention, with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities.
- Lead client presentations and meetings as needed.
- Share knowledge and support the upskilling of Account Executives
- Proven experience in SaaS delivery, implementation, or consulting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
