We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major SAP transformation programme for a leading healthcare organisation operating across the UK and Europe.
This 12-month contract will oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA , including Central Finance (CFIN)and core SAP modules, ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries, business functions, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA programme, driving delivery across the UK and European business units.
- Manage programme governance, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate system integrators, SAP partners, and internal business and IT teams.
- Oversee the implementation of Central Finance (CFIN) and core SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology.
- Ensure effective change management, programme controls, and successful transition to business-as-usual.
Required Experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong experience implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN)alongside core SAP modules (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics).
- Experience managing complex, multi-country programmes across the UK and Europe.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills at executive level.
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
