Senior Occupational Therapist - Reablement

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a Reablement service in Hackney.

This is a great opportunity for an OT with strong reablement experience who is looking to make a meaningful difference by supporting people to regain independence and achieve their goals at home.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Complete OT assessments and develop reablement plans.
• Support service users to regain independence at home.
• Recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations.
• Work alongside families, carers and other professionals.
• Review outcomes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in reablement, community or social care.
• Strong assessment and care-planning skills.
• Senior-level experience is desirable.
