Finance Business Partner

This is an exponentially growing environment trade and services business based in North London. Through modern processes, they reuse, recycle, and acquire energy from waste, helping reduce emissions. They are continuously acquiring new businesses and expanding operations across the UK.

Due to this growth, they are now looking to hire a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high–performing finance team.

Role

The Finance Business Partner for this growing environment trade and services business based in North London, will work closely with the Head of Finance providing a strategic financial insight and guidance to drive business performance and growth. They will also take ownership of varied duties including:

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial and operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision–making.
• Challenge and influence business decisions through data–driven insights.
• Partner with non–finance stakeholders to enhance financial understanding and accountability.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, and process optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions for improvement.
• Support internal and external audit processes as required.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner position, should have the following attributes:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a commercial finance capacity.
• Strong evidence of business partnering and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting procedures.
• Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous.

GBP65,000 – GBP70,000 plus benefits:

The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
