Assistant Property Manager - Here East, London
Purpose of the Role
Assist the Property and Engineering teams in the execution and delivery of all services pertaining to the day-to-day operational management at Here East. Act as a deputy to the Property Managers in their absence and provide administrative support to the Here East Management Team (HEMT) as required.
Contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all users of Here East, ensuring the required standards and compliance are achieved and maintained at all times and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Team
Support the team, including service partners, to ensure they have the resources, support and advice needed to deliver a consistently excellent service that meets our customers’ needs and supports a one team approach.
Ensure appropriate, clear communication lines are established and maintained.
Operational, Compliance and Health and Safety
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Here East Management Office, including meeting room setup, meeting room bookings and stationary management.
Assist in the completion of site walks, building inspections ensuring that issues are reported via the helpdesk in a timely and accurate manner.
Support the delivery of the Here East events programme.
Assist the Head of Property Operations and Property Managers to ensure that the Savills systems i.e. SEM’s, DataStation are planned for, up to date and completed on time.
Support the team to meet our compliance requirements e.g. KPIs, SLA's and statutory obligations for Here East, in a timely manner.
Ensure that good relations with all key stakeholders, tenants, visitors, contractors etc. are established and maintained.
Establish and implement best practice and high standards whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times.
Production and co-ordination of reporting and presentations in line as required.
Support the team with ad hoc projects as required.
Finance
Assist in all aspects of service charge orders from raising purchase orders to the processing of invoices, ensuring that they are coded correctly.
All internal and external team members of Here East are ambassadors and advocates of the brand; therefore, consistency and a professional manner are required at all times.
Assist the Property Managers in securing quotes and costs as required.
