The School
The school offers strong pastoral support, behaviour mentoring and regular training in de-escalation.
Requirements:
· SEMH or behaviour support experience
· Strong de-escalation and emotional regulation skills
· Empathy, patience and consistency
The Role:
· 1:1 support, behaviour regulation and restorative approaches
· Daily routines and personalised goals
· Helping re-engage pupils with learning
A meaningful role for someone who wants to help pupils succeed emotionally and academically.
