Adorned with original Edwardian features such as columns and cornicing the Palm Court accommodates up to 400 Guests or up to 900 when combined with the adjacent Adelphi suite.

Salary: 14.83 an hour service charge/tronc (Overtime fully paid)

What will I be doing

A Restaurant Chef de Partie will ensure high levels of food preparation for our Homage Restaurant. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepare and present high qualities dishes to our required standard

Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant banqueting/private events menus

Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
