Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Transcreation Specialist to support the adaptation of copywriting, and translation and transcreation of content on our global creative marketing team, supporting our recruitment goals.
In this role, you will assist with translation processes for multiple regions and languages, collaborate with creative teams, and help ensure quality control of marketing materials. You have strong attention to detail, never miss a period, and know the difference between widows and orphans. You have an interest in other cultures and ensuring that marketing content resonates with the target market.
Key Job Responsibilities:
This role resides on the Global Creative Services team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing. Core responsibilities include:
• Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized translation projects, including planning, tracking and project delivery.
• Transcreation and Translation Management: Assist with the transcreation and translation process to ensure accurate and appropriate content adaptation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of copy translations and adaptations.
• Linguistic Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of linguistic quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency and correctness.
• Cultural Insights: Ensure final deliverables align with and adhere to cultural nuances, customs, and sensitivities.
• Database Management: Maintain organization specific term bases and organize incoming translated content.
• In-office 5 days a week. Office location is in London.

Workforce Staffing is responsible for the recruitment of over one million employees within our clients Operations. Our Global Creative Services marketing team creates content to attract jobseekers to join our hourly workforce. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in content localization while supporting impactful global communications through transcreation and translation.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ of experience on a creative team in an ad agency or corporate marketing department.
• Proven experience in marketing localization for a global marketing or communication
• Professional fluency (C1 level minimum) in English.
• Familiarity with working in the EMEA market with remote colleagues.
• Experience supporting digital, social, or email campaigns.
• Keen eye for detail, and excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Familiarity with translation management systems and term base management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Additional fluency in languages such as Spanish, French, German, Polish, Italian, Czech, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, Japanese, Tagalog, or Mandarin is considered a plus.
• Interest in building and maintaining multi-language copy libraries.
• Background in Translation Quality Assurance and/or Quality Checks.
• Thorough understanding of writing for a specific target audience and incorporating guidelines for brand voice.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience with managing small scale creative projects.
• Experience in recruitment marketing is beneficial but not required.
