City of London location, hybrid 3x days a week in office Challenger Banking & Financial Services- Develop and oversee commercial analysis to support strategic business objectives.
- Provide insights into financial performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality financial and commercial reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting & Finance to align business strategies.
- Identify key growth opportunities and risks through detailed analysis.
- Support the development of pricing, investment, and revenue strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in analysis.
