Interim HR Coordinator
- Provide HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer administration and onboarding.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Draft employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
- Support managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance.
- Process employee changes including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
- Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
