Year 1 Teaching Assistant – Hayes | September Start | Full-Time (8:30am–3:30pm)
An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Hayes is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time, term-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm - perfect for anyone looking to support children’s learning and development in Key Stage 1.
As a Year 1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons, support pupils one-on-one and in small groups, and help maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. You’ll play a key role in promoting academic progress, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in early primary education.
The school is based in Hayes, West London, and offers a welcoming atmosphere, excellent transport links, and a diverse, community-focused setting. Staff are supported through continuous professional development and are genuinely valued as part of the wider school team.
