- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and update training records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and offer letters.
- Manage employee queries and provide support when required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
