As a Runner at Serra, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of service. You’ll work closely with the floor and kitchen teams, maintaining the tempo of the restaurant, and delivering each dish with precision and care. This role is perfect for someone with a natural sense of hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and genuine pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the floor team by delivering food and beverages efficiently and accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stations, service areas, and equipment

• Communicate seamlessly between kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Uphold Rosewood’s Forbes-aligned service standards at all times

• Ensure all dishes leave the pass correctly presented and on time

• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant

About You

• Previous experience in a busy, high-quality restaurant preferred

• A calm, positive presence with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

• Passion for hospitality, learning, and delivering exceptional experiences

• A commitment to excellence, pace, and precision
