Administrative Aid (Voluntary) in London Area
Job description
The Foundation
The Dove Foundation for Global Change is an international charity dedicated to advancing access to health, education, economic opportunity, and safety for women and young people around the world.
We believe that meaningful change must happen both from the top down and the bottom up — through policy reform, grassroots action, and international collaboration. Our work spans engaging with governments, multilateral organisations, and industry leaders, while also delivering regionally focused programmes that directly impact communities. Our vision is a world where everyone has the opportunity to live a life of decent quality. To achieve this, we promote the inclusion of women in all policies.
At The Dove Foundation for Global Change, we believe in creating systemic impact that transforms lives — championing equity for women and girls, advancing health and dignity, and ensuring everyone has the chance to live a life of quality.
We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Administrative Aid to help our virtual offices run smoothly. This role is the backbone of our global operations, making sure we can focus on driving real change.
What you’ll do
* Manage and respond to global emails & enquiries
* Support scheduling across multiple time zones
* Keep calendars, contact lists, and documents in order
* Assist with agendas, notes & meeting follow-ups
* Provide essential admin support to keep things moving
What we’re looking for
* Strong written & verbal communication
* Organised, detail-oriented multitasker
* Confident working independently & in a team
* Comfortable with digital tools (email, calendars, MS Office/Google Workspace)
* Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute
What you’ll gain
* A chance to contribute to meaningful global change
* Hands-on experience in international non-profit operations
* Flexible hours (approx. 5–8 per week)
* The opportunity to work alongside a passionate, supportive team
Location: Virtual / Remote Commitment: 5–8 hours per week (flexible)
If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a global mission, we’d love to hear from you!
