HR Officer
The organisation is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic HR Officer to join their Human Resources team to provide a comprehensive HR function to the whole organisation.
Reporting to one of the HR Managers, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing comprehensive and professional HR administration support, timely advice, information, and fit for purpose solutions across the full employee life cycle. Your duties will include:- Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Providing guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related matters.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Processing monthly payroll information and changes
- Preparing reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.
