We are searching for an experienced and innovative Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team in Bromley. What you will do:

* Take responsibility for a caseload, delivering high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services that align with students' educational goals.
* Collaborate with education staff and other clinical professionals to enhance multidisciplinary working and maximise student outcomes.
* Contribute actively to staff training and consultation, ensuring team members understand the therapeutic approaches used.
* Implement preventative interventions with a whole-school approach, focusing on sustainable and impactful outcomes.
* Provide specialized training and information to staff, commissioners, and relevant agencies as needed.
* Partner with dedicated Lead Clinicians and the Head of Speech and Language Therapy, driving forward our innovative therapy strategies.
* Work closely with our Clinical Teams to maintain person-centred, empowering practices.
