Our client’s Corporate Finance team in London is seeking talented associates to join a dynamic practice with exposure to the most complex financing transactions in the market. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded Partner leading one of the strongest transatlantic finance offerings, advising on matters across all levels of the capital structure.

Practice & Clients

The team represents a diverse range of clients including private equity sponsors, leading investment banks, global hedge funds, and both listed and privately held companies. Work spans leveraged buyout financings (including public-to-private deals), real estate finance, bank-bond structures, US Term Loan B facilities, structured and fund-level financings, and high-grade corporate lending. The group is particularly known for handling transactions that cross borders and require commercial solutions tailored to sophisticated financial institutions and their counterparties.

Responsibilities

Associates joining this team can expect to:

• Draft and negotiate documentation for complex leveraged finance and investment-grade transactions.
• Support sponsors and lenders on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Advise on fund finance structures and structured credit matters.
• Work closely with clients on time-sensitive projects, providing clear and commercially focused advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity suits ambitious E&W or NY Qualified lawyers (4-9PQE) from international law firms who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing high-value, complex transactions.
