What you’ll do:
- Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
- Lead and inspire a team of six to deliver up to 1,000 meals per shift
- Keep standards high – from food quality to hygiene
- Manage stock, orders, and ensure smooth daily service
- Support training and development for your team.

- Legal right to work in the UK and able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Relevant culinary qualification and 2+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
